Key performance areas should include but are not limited to:
Co-ordinate Dry goods, Materials, and Gasses:
Manage the receipt and issue of consumables (Dry Goods & Flavours)
Placing orders and ensure timeous supply of dry goods/materials to Production
Confirm traceability of stock movements
General administrative duties
Draw samples for Quality checks
Ensure a sound relationship with internal and external clients and suppliers
Control administration and take part in stocktaking:
Manage Dry Goods/Flavour stock levels
Responsible to assist in monthly stocktaking
Record daily movements of dry goods in area of responsibility
Ensure that quality standards, policies and procedures are implemented and always followed (QM Systems, FSSC, ISO, etc)
Limit losses, write-offs and stock variances
Comply with SHE requirements
Adhere to Goods Receiving procedure
Receiving and checking of goods against Purchase Orders/STO's
Accurate goods issuing to internal customers
Maintain goods stores conditions
Maintain effective housekeeping (5S) and safety practices in area
Stock management according to FEFO(FIFO) principles
Participate and implement TPM practices
The successful candidate must have the following experience/skills:
Matric
3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a Warehouse environment
NQF 3 Stores and Warehousing qualification will be advantageous
Have proven verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of a FMCG environment will be advantageous
Knowledge of Warehousing safety regulations is a requirement
Computer literacy: Outlook, MS Office, SAP is required
A Valid forklift license is a requirement
