Senior Structural Engineer

Job Description
:
- Perform structural analysis and design for a variety of projects, including commercial and industrial buildings
- Check and sign off of reinforced concrete and structural steel design and drawings
- Develop detailed engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineering disciplines to ensure integrated project deliver
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
- Perform structural assessments and evaluations of existing buildings
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and structural analysis programs (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS)
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers and intern
- Minimum of 5 years of experience
- Sign of reinforced concrete and structural steel designs
- Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Experience and ability to assist and mentor younger engineers in the team
- BEng/BSc Civil or Structural Engineering
- MSc/Meng adv
- PR Eng registered with ECSA
