What You'll Do:

? Lead and manage key projects implementing Oracle Cloud Merchandising systems.

? Work closely with IT teams, Oracle consultants, and business stakeholders.

? Optimize merchandising processes and ensure seamless system integration.

? Ensure data integrity and system performance across our retail landscape.

? Drive innovation through technology adoption and process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of experience in IT system analysis, preferably in merchandising.

Expertise in

Oracle Retail solutions (RMS, RPAS, MFP, AP, or similar)

.

Strong understanding of

merchandising operations & supply chain processes

.

Proven track record in

project management and system implementations

.

A problem solver with excellent communication & stakeholder management skills.
