SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Technical Sales Representative to specialize in selling Variable Speed Drives (VSDs), with a primary focus on the HVAC market.The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, sales experience, and the ability to develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various industries.POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close sales opportunities for VSD solutions in the
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing technical expertise and support.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of VSDs in energy efficiency and operational cost savings.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs through proactive pipeline management and client engagement.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and tenders, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and advancements in VSD technology.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in technical sales
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, energy efficiency solutions, and industrial applications.
- Proven track record of successfully achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to understand customer needs and offer tailored solutions.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
