Purpose

Were looking for a Senior Technical Talent Partner who can hit the ground running in assisting us with our internal recruitment and team augmentation objectives along with some really great projects. Keep on reading to find out more about the role and the ideal candidate were looking for.
Tasks include:
  • Map out and deliver recruitment strategy and processes for the business.
  • Source passive and active candidates.
  • Perform full-cycle recruiting.
  • Leverage resume databases and job boards, ensuring that you maintain an active candidate pipeline in line with hiring needs.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and our internal and external clients.
  • Act as a strategic partner with key leaders and hiring managers by providing expertise in talent acquisition.
  • Assure integrity and consistency of Talent Acquisition systems, processes, and policies, to meet organisational requirements.
  • Maintaining candidate eNPS score.
  • Generating new business leads in line with required targets.
  • Working with recruiting and people-related tools, including applicant tracking, resume databases, and internet sourcing tools.
  • Source talent using direct sourcing methods.
  • Writing documents and utilizing data.
  • Providing market and data insight to help stakeholders make informed decisions about the hires they make.
  • General recruitment team management.
  • Manage the recruitment team's growth and development.
  • Weekly reporting to MANCO.
  • Engaging with other business units to ensure all aligned.
  • Update recruiting procedures or create new procedures.
  • Search for and enforce new sourcing methods to find job candidates.
  • Suggest ways to improve the employer's brand.
  • Research the best job advertising techniques.
  • Advise hiring managers on proper interviewing methods.
  • Attend career events and job fairs.
Essential Skills, Attributes & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of corporate and agency technical recruiting experience including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting.
  • Proven track record in new business development.
  • Extensive IT recruitment experience.
  • Different sourcing tools knowledge.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • A large candidate network to tap into.
  • Great leadership qualities.
  • Client-focused and committed to continuous improvement.
  • Able to proactively network and establish effective working relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment, as a team member.
  • Passionate and interested in seeking new sourcing options and developing creative approaches to delivering candidates to the customer.
  • Strong communication, organisational and negotiation skills, with a keen focus on delivering business results.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.
