Minimum requirements Minimum BSc Agriculture with relevant subjects, including entomology, soil science, plant pathology, and agricultural science, horticultureRelevant experience in the produce industry, with specific focus on agronomy and regenerative farmingMinimum 8- 10 years' experience in the produce industryExperience in retail or corporate environments and teamwork is advantageousStrong quality-oriented mindset.Strategic development and planning skillsConfident team leaderBusiness acumen, judgement and problem-solvingStrong Project management skillsNetworking, influencing and communication skills within the produce industryAssertive communication and conflict handling skillsPro-active, innovative, and entrepreneurialFlexible with ability to travel extensivelyAbility to work effectively in a stressful environment
