Senior Training Officer
Job Description
Hire Resolve's client, a leading mining company in the Northern Cape, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Training Officer to join their team.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs for various departments within the organization. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify training needs, create training materials, and deliver effective training sessions. As a Senior Training Officer, you will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing training programs
- Identifying training needs
- Creating training materials
- Delivering training sessions
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Continuously improving training programs
- Grade 12
- Training or HR-related qualification (OD-ETDP Level 5 Diploma)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Development
- Assessor and Moderator Certificate
- Experience in engineering expertise within the mining industry
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong experience with training and assessment
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Salary: Market related
