Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a law firm or conveyancing department, particularly in handling various property transactions
Must have comprehensive knowledge on the property transfer process and all parties involved in the conveyancing process.
Conveyancing financial knowledge and ability to draft preliminary and final accounts.
Proficiency in Conveyancing Software (Lexis Convey, E4, SearchWorks Windeed).
