Are you seasoned Senior Travel Consultant with a flair for crafting luxury experiences?South Africa-based inbound DMC is seeking a confident, experienced Senior Travel Expert with expertise in East and Southern Africa.If youre an expert in East & Southern Africa Travel, with a passion for delivering high-end, tailor-made adventures, this hybrid role could be your next career move.Responsibilities:
- Reservations with suppliers
- Quoting Southern and East Africa
- Creating Itineraries for Southern and East Africa
- Designing breathtaking itineraries that excite clients
- Learning about new products and destinations
- Learning about specials
- Creating Sample itineraries to generate new agents
- Compile research for travel documentation
- Responsible for taking initiative for understanding travel logistics
- Assisting with projects as and when needed
- Being available for clients traveling and assisting them as needed
- Expertise knowledge of African destinations, products & tourism
- Someone who has travelled and has an infectious passion for travel
- Exceptional English language
- Experience with travel software and HubSpot would be advantageous
- Experience dealing with Luxury and high-touch-point clients
- Driven Sales and Customer Service skills
