A travel company based in Cape Town is looking for a Groups Consultant to join their teamROLE:To organize travel arrangements from start to finish, specifically dealing with quoting, bookings and invoicing of travel products, working closely with the Production Consultant and liaising with clientsREQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATION:Minimum 5 years Groups experienceTourplanknowledge advantageous.REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:An understanding of word, excel and basic computer network systemsStrong computer literacyAttention to detail and organisedAbility to work under pressureTeam player - working with others independently to attain both individual and team objectivesEffective written communications skills / Good spelling and grammar skillsNumeracyTime management skillsAbility to multi-task
