A well-established organization in Pretoria East is seeking a Senior Unit Manager RN (Second-in-Command to Matron) to join their team. - Registered Nurse (RN) with an active SANC registration.
- At least 2-3 years of experience as a Senior Unit Manager in a healthcare setting.
- Administrative qualification as per SANC training.
- Preferable experience in psychiatric care (not essential).
- Fluent in both Afrikaans and English, with strong communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a proactive and energetic approach.
- Flexibility to handle overtime and be available as needed for hospital demands.
