Senior Water Design Engineer
Job Description
Essence of the job:Project leader/task leader for consulting engineering in water and sanitation related to engineering projects.Tasks include planning, design, tender, construction monitoring of projects as well as general responsibilities with respect to marking, proposals and management of staff.Working with Senior Site Staff to manage Project Administration and resolve technical issues arising on large multidisciplinary, multi-contract bulk water projects.Qualification:DegreePrEng Civil (Essential)Professionally registered with SCAPCMP (an advantage)Minimum Requirements:Bulk Water and Sanitation Infrastructure Design experience is a pre-requisite.15 - 20 years' relevant experience.Experience in both greenfield and brownfield projects.Experience with GCC2015, SABS1200 & COLTOPreparation of reports and presentations.Competent with Civil Designer, Civil3D and AutoCAD.
