Key Responsibilities:SEO- Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy aligned with our business objectives- Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-value opportunities and optimise our content accordingly- Define and track key SEO KPIs, such as organic traffic, rankings, click-through rates, and bounce rates- AnalySe and report on SEO performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement- Collaborate with our web development and content teams to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented across our website- Optimise our website's architecture, content, and metadata to improve crawlability and search engine visibility- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices, adapting our strategy as neededSEM Responsibilities- Manage our relationship with our SEM agency partner, setting clear targets and expectations for campaign performance- Work closely with the agency to develop and optimise our paid search campaigns across Google Ads and other relevant platforms- Review and provide feedback on keyword research, ad copy, and landing page optimization to ensure alignment with our goals- Monitor and analyse campaign metrics, such as click-through rates, conversion rates, and cost per acquisition, holding the agency accountable for meeting agreed-upon targets- Identify opportunities for campaign expansion and optimisation, collaborating with the agency to test new ad formats and targeting strategies- Collaborate with our broader marketing team to ensure alignment between our paid and other marketing efforts.Qualifications and requirements:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, or related field.- Proven experience in SEO and SEM, with a track record of driving organic search growth and paid campaign performance- Experience managing agency relationships and holding partners accountable for delivering results- In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices, including on-page optimization, technical SEO, and link building- Proficiency in keyword research, content optimisation, and SEO reporting using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush- Strong understanding of paid search campaign management, including bid management, ad copywriting, and landing page optimisation- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets- Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both internal teams and external partners- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practicesIf you're a results-driven SEO and SEM specialist with a passion for driving organic growth, maximising ROI, and managing agency relationships, we'd love to hear from you.
