We are seeking an experienced and motivated SEO & PPC Specialist to join our dynamic team and help elevate our clients' digital presence.Job Overview: We are looking for a highly skilled SEO & PPC Specialist who has a deep understanding of Local SEO, Technical SEO, and National SEO. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing PPC campaigns, creating detailed reports, and leveraging analytics and tracking to optimise performance. This role requires someone who is data-driven, detail-oriented, and passionate about staying ahead of industry trends.Key Responsibilities:Search Engine Optimisation (SEO):Implement and manage comprehensive SEO strategies, including Local SEO, Technical SEO, and National SEO.Conduct keyword research, site audits, and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.Optimise website content, meta tags, and other on-page elements to improve search engine rankings.Develop and implement link-building strategies to enhance domain authority.Ensure websites are technically sound, addressing issues such as crawl errors, indexing, mobile optimisation, and site speed.Monitor and report on SEO performance, making data-driven adjustments to strategies as needed.Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Management:Plan, execute, and optimise PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.Manage budgets, bids, and ad copy to maximise ROI and achieve campaign goals.Monitor and analyse PPC performance using tools such as Google Analytics, providing regular reports to stakeholders.Conduct A/B testing to continually refine and improve ad performance.Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and platform updates.Reporting & Analytics:Develop and deliver detailed reports on SEO and PPC performance, including insights and recommendations for improvement.Utilise analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, SEMrush) to track performance, user behaviour, and conversions.Implement and maintain tracking codes, goals, and events to ensure accurate reporting of KPIs.Present findings to clients and internal teams, translating complex data into actionable insights.Qualifications:Proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on Local, Technical, and National SEO.Demonstrated success in managing and optimising PPC campaigns across multiple platforms.Proficiency in using SEO and PPC tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, etc.Strong understanding of technical SEO concepts, including site architecture, mobile optimisation, and schema markup.Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Experience in writing detailed reports and presenting them to clients or stakeholders.Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, remote environment.Preferred Qualifications:2 Years Experience SEO and PPC.Knowledge tools like SEMrush or AhrefsSystems knowledge of tools like AsanaBenefits:Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Flexible working hours and remote work options.Job Type: Full-timePay: From R350,00 per hourExpected hours: 35 - 40 per weekApplication Question(s):Describe a successful SEO and PPC campaign youve managed.
