Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in setting up and clearing tables, as well as maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area
- Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and any requests are promptly fulfilled
- Assist in the preparation of dining areas before and after meal service
- Communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and resolve any issues that may arise
- Work closely with the servers to ensure smooth and efficient service
- Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Handle guest complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist in restocking supplies and inventory management
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and enjoyable dining experience for our guests
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
- Basic knowledge of food and beverage service is a plus
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Pay: R18345,00 - R19750,00 per month
