We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Server Support Technician to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for providing exceptional customer support. Responsibilities: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for server infrastructure, including Windows and Linux servers. Administer Active Directory (AD) domains, user accounts, and group policies. Install, configure, and maintain server hardware and software. Monitor server performance and identify potential issues proactively. Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as backups, updates, and patching. Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient problem resolution.
