Together, we enable our customers to produce the materials and technology needed for a better future.Come see the FLSmidth difference.DepartmentEMEA SSA Professional Services.Reporting to the Manager, Project & Admin SupportPurpose of the roleTo assist in the management of the entire supporting function for Field Service teams in SSA, CA & WA.Your responsibilitiesAdministration of Field Service jobs from PO to invoice for all Field Service functions.Establishes, improves upon and maintain a disciplined and effective job management function.Commercial support to Service Managers during, execution, escalation and closure.Management of invoicing and debtor's functions.Assists in managing all ACCPAC Service Manager (ERP) related functions including but not limited to:

  • Uploading of timesheet hours.
  • WIP, job cost posting (actual and provisional).
  • Post processing to project cost file.
  • Vendor purchase orders from requisition to final approval.
  • Set-up and maintain vendor SLAs.
Assist in managing the interaction between administrators, service managers and customers.Assists with driving the performance of individual team members.Assist with reporting continuous up to date reporting available on the status of all Field Service jobs and Service projects in execution.Assist with Financial Health status of the function at any given time.Assist with Reporting on revenue, margin, DIFOT, Risk, debtors, committed cost, project and recovery provisions, utilization, over time, etc.Assist with reporting continuous up to date reporting available on the status of all Field Service jobs and Service projects in execution.Assist with Financial Health status of the function at any given time.Assist with Reporting on revenue, margin, DIFOT, Risk, debtors, committed cost, project and recovery provisions, utilization, over time, etc.What you bringERP Systems: knowledge of ERP systems.Customer Service Experience.The drive & hunger to learn at pace and deadline orientated.Experience within a FS Department.What we offerAs an equal opportunity employer, FLSmidth embraces diversity and equality by promoting an environment of inclusion.
