Position Overview

Main Purpose:

KIA 92 Rivonia currently holds avacancy for a

Service Advisor

. The main purpose of the job is to ensure effective building of customer support and confidence and the effective management of after sales. Standards are set in the customer care and view each customer contact as a professional challenge and feel responsible for customer's problems until they have solved.



KIA 92 Rivonia is a new start up establishment the incumbent is required to have quite an extensive knowledge of the brand.

Specific Role Responsibilities

Receive customer telephone calls to book an appointment. Gather and ensure the accuracy of customer and vehicle details. Document customer concerns / vehicle symptoms accurately in the workshop order form. Define the scope and type of work to be performed accurately. Co-ordinate and clarify the method and place of reception and hand-over of the vehicle with the customer.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and experience:


Matric and/or grade 12. Min of 2 - 5 years Service Adisor in the Motor Industry within the KIA brand. Valid Driver's License.
