Job SummaryThe following minimum criteria must be met:

Matric certificate or equivalent
Unendorsed driver's license (specified code)
Computer literacy
Willingness to work flexible hours/over time
Professional appearance & 1st impressions
Fluent, clear English communication
Ability to handle difficult customers
Customer service orientation
2 - 5 Years' Experience within the Premium Motor Brand Industry (Ex. BMW, Audi, Jeep, Volvo, Jaguar etc.)

In addition to checking for the pre-requisites, assess and obtain proof of:

Ability to build positive relationships
Helpful and supportive behaviour in interactions
Persuasive, fluent and confident communication
Sense of urgency
Physical fitness and ability to handle stress
Professional telephonic etiquette
Attention to details
Ability to up-sell
A technical qualification or orientation will be an advantage, as will the ability to speak a number of official languages.
