Job Summary Our client is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join their team in Pietermaritzburg, KwaZulu-Natal.Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and provide professional service.
  • Schedule and manage service appointments.
  • Understand and communicate customer needs and service requirements.
  • Provide accurate information on products and services.
  • Coordinate with technicians and service staff to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and service requests.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; associates degree or higher preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service or advisory role is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software relevant to the role.
