Are you passionate about cars and customer service? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same?Our client is looking for a talented individual to join their team as a Service Advisor at our reputable dealership in Pinetown, KwaZulu-Natal.Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet customers
- Liaising with customers at all times with regards to their vehicle (WIP)
- Ensure accurate warranty and motor plan details on system
- Update necessary vehicle details
- Prepare quotations
- Ensure accurate invoice payments
- Full vehicle handover process
- Customer follow ups
- Maintain a high CSI
- Matric Certificate
- Driver's license
- Minimum 3 years experience working in a franchise dealership as a Service Advisor
- Ability to work under pressure
- Outgoing and vibrant personality
