Service Advisor/warranty Clerk
Job Description
Job Summary *THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE*
Our client, the largest motor group in the Western Cape, is looking for a Service Advisor/Warranty clerk for their contemporary vehicle dealership situated in the transportation and commercial hub of the West Coast region. You will be responsible for all warranty claims and quotes and extensive liaison with the OEM, as well as handling extensive customer and workshop liaison, upselling, quotes, problem-solving, and administrative duties, thus it is essential that you have at least 2 years of Service Advisor experience, doing your own warranties in a franchised Motor Dealership.
Job Requirements
Matric Certificate
A valid Drivers License
2 Years of Service Advisor experience within a franchised motor dealership
Extensive Warranty experience
Working knowledge of Evolve or similar
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent organizational skills
Extremely well groomed and presented
Stable work history
Contactable references
*Our client would prefer someone who is currently living in the Vredenburg area, or is willing to relocate at short notice*
