You will be the bridge between our development team and our clients, working diligently to deliver exceptional service.Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain our IT platforms, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
• Collaborate with the development team to understand new features and functionality.
• Develop and implement deployment plans for new platform releases.
• Monitor platform health and identify potential issues before they arise.
• Troubleshoot platform-related problems and work with the development team to resolve them.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for all platform processes and procedures.
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve platform efficiency and scalability.
• Provide technical support to our internal teams and external clients.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar IT support or platform management role.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A proactive and results-oriented approach with a passion for learning.
