Service Engineer / Field Technician

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct installation, servicing, and repairs of humidification systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues on-site.
- Work closely with sales to support customers post-installation.
- Maintain accurate service records and reports.
- Provide technical training and support to clients.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage and oversee the service department, ensuring timely response to client needs.
- Implement maintenance schedules and service protocols to improve efficiency.
- Train junior technicians and oversee their development within the company.
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability.
- Good technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage field service schedules.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Knowledge of service operations and workflow optimization.
- Ability to create and implement preventative maintenance programs.
Monday Friday, 08:00 AM 05:00 PM, with after-hours service availability.Educational Background:
- Trade Test / Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Refrigeration/Air Conditioning qualification is an advantage.
