Responsibilities Include:
Ensuring high standards of customer service
The effective management of the service department and all personnel within the department
Ensuring that Load Test Departments comply with legislative requirements and achieve monthly revenue targets
Planning, preparing, submitting and ensuring the achievement of Service departments budget
Taking responsibility for ensuring that the departments administration is up to date
Requirements:
A diploma/degree in a technical field or business management
5+ yrs exp in a similar role
Experience managing medium to large teams
Willing to travel in and around JHB
Working knowledge of Kerridge system
