A technical trade qualification as a technician or mechanic is required along with proven leadership experience in a service-oriented environment. You should have strong technical knowledge of material handling equipment and systems, coupled with excellent customer service and relationship management skills. You must be proficient in MS Office and service management software, able to manage multiple priorities, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
