5* Game Lodge in Greater Kruger is looking for a Service Manager. The Service Manager will work closely with the Lodge Management team to ensure they provide their guests with a world-class experience. The Service Manager oversees the Butler and Service Team. You will be accountable for leading the service team.

Ensuring all service requirements and standards are being met.
Upholding and maintaining the best practice and service level agreements.
Keeping up to date with the service trends.
Upholding the Thornybush brand and overall operational standards.
All operations and administrative requirements for the Service Manager and team.
Requirements:
Food and Beverage Management Certificate will be an advantage
No less than 3 years experience in a Service Role.
No less than 3 years experience in managing a team.
They must have a good understanding of food and beverage.
They must understand 5* service.
They need to have a proven track record of successfully managing a team.
Excellent command of the English language
Able to operate the front and back end of Point-of-Sale systems
Able to operate Nebular
Computer literate: Email / MS Word & Excel / Power Point
Drivers license will be an advantage
Passionate about what they are do.
Love the bush and hospitality.
Excellent rapport with Guests.
Understand how to spoil and delight guests.
