Job Summary An opportunity for a Dealership Service Manager has become available in Empangeni, KwaZulu-Natal .As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the strategic planning and development of the service department to ensure ongoing profitability.Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years Service Manager experience in a Franchise Dealership
  • Motor Vehicle Trade Test Certificate/Red Seal is required
  • Must reside in Empangeni Area
  • Must be able to run a high volume based workshop
  • Must work according to OEM standards
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Computer literate
  • Clear criminal record
Responsibilities:
  • Lead, develop and motivate staff
  • Manage service department staff members
  • Drive the productivity, efficiency, and the customer service index.
  • Managing cost and increase the profitability of the service and department
