Job SummaryMain purpose: To coordinate and manage the Service function in the Chief Legal Counsel Department; responsibilities include receiving and delivering service of the Court and Special Tribunal processes from various entities, maintaining a credible register and records, performing administrative duties and transporting SIU staff and visitors, on behalf of the Civil Litigation Unit.Minimum qualification and experience: Matric (NQF 4). Valid Drivers License. Preference will be given to candidates who are in possession of a Post Matric qualification. Two years driving experience. Two years experience as a Service Officer or similar role.Key performance areas (Include but not limited to): Transportation services. Motor Vehicle Maintenance. Serving of legal process documents. Service office administration. Service function coordination.Technical Skills: Communication skills. Interpersonal skills. Time management skills.Required knowledge and Behavioural (include but not limited to): Knowledge of road signs and rules of the road. Knowledge of the mechanics of a car.
