Responsibilities: xe2x9cx85Greeting Customers: Welcome clients with a friendly demeanor and direct them to available technicians . xe2x9cx85Consulting with Technicians : Collaborate with our skilled technicians to understand necessary repairs and explore alternative solutions. xe2x9cx85Product Knowledge: Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to provide in-depth information to customers. xe2x9cx85Appointment Scheduling: Answer questions, schedule appointments, and manage vehicle drop-off and pick-up. xe2x9cx85Warranty and Cost Information: Advise customers on warranty protections, potential cost savings, and trade-in options. xe2x9cx85Workflow Management: Oversee the dealership's workflow and schedule. xe2x9cx85Customer Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships to ensure repeat business.
