Our client is seeking a proactive and skilled Service and Repair Manager to lead their service team and ensure top-notch customer satisfaction.
This person will also be responsible for the SLAxe2x80x99s as well as directly managing repairs of VRV, DVM, Refrigeration and high priority sites/Clients.Key Responsibilities:Technical Skills

• In-depth knowledge of air-conditioning and refrigeration systems
• Familiarity with various air-conditioning brands and models
• Understanding of troubleshooting and repair technique

Leadership and Management

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Ability to motivate and train others
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently address groups of people

Organizational and Administrative

• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Customer Service

• Strong customer service and relations skills
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skill

Problem-Solving and Analytical

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues
• Effective decision-making skills

Business Acumen

• Understanding of business operations and financial management
• Ability to manage budgets and optimize resources
• Familiarity with industry trends and developments

Certifications and Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate or equivalent
• Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., HVAC certification) - advantageous
• Management or leadership certifications (e.g., Diploma in Management) - advantageous
