Role Purpose
To effectively execute projects related to data investigations, data analysis, and various client service processes while adhering to company policies, procedures, and relevant legislation. This includes ensuring client excellence, cost efficiency, and the development and management of robust data exception reporting to identify trends and inefficiencies across processes, systems, and people.
The role requires confident and professional engagement with both internal and external stakeholders, with a strong emphasis on enhancing the client experience, conducting precise error analysis and resolution, optimizing processes, mitigating risks, and delivering exceptional service across multiple platforms.
Requirements
Knowledge of Momentum Investment products and systems.
Minimum 2-5 years' experience in the Financial Services industry.
A degree in B. Com Finance/Investments/Economics/Accounting or related field.
Understanding of the investment environment. building relationships, facilitating business growth, and more is a significant advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams)
Experience with other digital tools is a plus e.g Power BI.
Strong computer skills, quick to learn new systems confidently.
Knowledge of system development and project process life cycle.
Analytical qualification will be an advantage.
