Job Overview:
To ensure high levels of technical support and technical investigations for dealer network and key accounts in compliance to the Company's Integrity & Anti Bribery Codes, Conflict of Interest Policy & S.H.E. requirements and to perform delegated S.H.E. tasks and duties & to inform superior about deviations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Technical repairs and support queries - Coach, advise and support colleagues, dealer personnel in resolving technical queries/issues timeously. This includes, but is not limited to, travelling to the customers and dealers at times to proactively resolve queries.
Reports - Compile detailed, precise and concise technical reports.
Technical Investigations and resolution - Case resolution information to be shared with all relevant parties (warranty, parts, dealerships, marketing, source plant, and customers). Proactive and early identification of product non-conforming components.
Retail and Key Account management - Retail and KAM after-sales service business, technical support, customer engagements.
CAC Support - Dealer's and CAC 24/7 support with technical queries and/or any assistance needed.
CXI Strategy and Customer Experience - Ensure that CXI strategy and marketing of CXI measures are implemented and managed in the market.
Continuous improvement - Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing cost and improving processes.
Project Management - Participate in, or manage key Bus department, or DTSA projects. Provide problem solving support for all problems.
Self-development - Taking personal responsibility for learning and development through a process of assessment, reflection and actioning. This can include both on and/or off the job training. This also includes the sharing of learnings with team.
