Bring your expertise in calibrating, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of scales, and help us deliver top-notch service to our customers. Bottom of FormDiagnose technical issues remotely or on-site at customer locations
Perform on-site repairs, installations, and off-site remote troubleshooting
Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment, including food processing, retail & industrial scales, weigh-price labelling, and inspection systems as needed
Address customer concerns and communicate job-related information clearly and efficiently
Set up and troubleshoot both wired and wireless network-connected devices
Document service calls accurately
Manage spare parts inventory in the service vehicle
Follow and administer the organization's Quality Manual
Proactively promote and sell our service products and solutions
Occasionally lift equipment up to 35kg and work in varying environmental conditionsSkills & Experience:
Proficient in reading wiring diagrams, schematics, and spare part breakdowns
Experienced in repairing and installing PC-based devices or processor-controlled equipment, including weigh-price labelling, inspection systems, and industrial scales
Strong analytical skills for troubleshooting and diagnostics
Knowledgeable in TCP/IP connections and other system bus protocols
Solid understanding of PC hardware, interface technology, Ethernet, and network systems
Extensive knowledge of mechanics
Customer-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently
Professional appearance, able to work under pressure, with excellent initiative and organizational skills
Dependable and flexible with working hours
Willing to travel within the service area as needed, up to 75% of the timeMinimum requirements
Associated degree or equivalent Electrical Engineering
NRCS verification officer
