Cape Town: My client, a leading distributor of premium high-pressure cleaning equipment, is seeking to employ a Service Technician: High-Pressure Cleaning Equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a trusted name in the industry and play a vital part in ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of cutting-edge equipment. The ideal candidate will be technically inclined, customer service-oriented, and possess a hands-on, can-do attitude. A sincere and approachable personality is key in this role.ONLY CANDIDATES RESIDING IN OR NEAR CAPE TOWN'S NORTHERN SUBURBS WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLEResponsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and servicing of high-pressure cleaning equipment
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure minimal downtime
- Provide excellent customer service and technical support to clients
- Manage inventory of spare parts and maintain accurate service records
- Matric or similar certification
- A proven track-record in a similar technical role (I water purification, solar, compressor repair industry)
- Technical aptitude or experience with equipment repairs
- Highly motivated with a hands-on, can-do attitude
- Customer service-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English and Afrikaans
- Excellent problem-solving and time-management skills
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for on-site service calls
- Reliable, sincere, and approachable personality
