National Renal Care seeks to recruit an ambitious, talented, goal driven and self-motivated individual to fulfil the role of a Service Technician.

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:

  • Driving to our units to attend to breakdowns and routine services of our dialysis machines.
  • Repair of Dialysis beds.
  • To control and manage own boot stock.
  • Repair and servicing of water plants.
  • Transport, installation and testing of equipment between Renal Units.

  • National Diploma in Electrical Engineering is essential
  • Member of the SA Association of Clinical Engineers (CEASA) is essential
  • Eligible for professional registration as a Technician at the Engineering Council of SA (ECSA)
  • Clinical Engineering experience is essential
  • Experience in themaintenance, training, and management of medical equipment in a hospital environment
  • Knowledge in the Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Knowledge in Health Act Regulations
  • Computer literate
  • Order CO is an added advantage
