Job Description
Key Responsibilities :
Install, configure, and maintain systems in the telephony solutions
Provide technical support for telecommunications, network connectivity, and related ICT services.
Perform troubleshooting, repairs, and routine maintenance of systems, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient operation.
Provide expert advice on network setups, security systems, and other communication technologies.
Collaborate with clients to tailor solutions according to their specific needs and budget requirements.
Install, configure, and maintain networking infrastructure, including routers, switches
Set up and monitor CCTV systems, ensuring they meet security standards and client expectations.
Support in the implementation and maintenance of smart automation solutions within client environments.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements during installations and service operations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Service Technician, preferably in telecommunications, ICT, or related fields.
Strong understanding of communication systems and telephony solutions.
Familiarity with network infrastructure, cybersecurity protocols, and office automation technologies.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Relevant technical certifications (e.g., networking, security, etc.) are an advantage.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
