Job SummaryWe are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our ITSM team to support ServiceNow configuration, development, and integration. The ideal candidates should be highly skilled in ServiceNow development, architecture, and integration and should be available to work remotely but aligned with South African business hours.Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

• Design and develop ServiceNow applications, workflows, modules, forms, and scripts using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs.

• Customize and configure ServiceNow applications, including creating new modules, tables, UI pages, and scripting.

• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise applications (e.g., Active Directory, LDAP, monitoring tools).

• Perform unit testing, system testing, and troubleshooting to ensure robust functionality.

• Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Create technical documentation (design specs, user guides, release notes) and provide training to team members.

• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and troubleshooting for existing ServiceNow applications and workflows.

RequirementsRequirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer

• Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow APIs

• Experience with ServiceNow customization, workflow automation, and integration

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and external system integrations

• Knowledge of ITSM, ITOM, and ITIL processes

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile environments
