About the Role:
As a ServiceNow Developer specializing in Reporting and AI, you will play a critical role in developing and optimizing our ServiceNow platform. Your expertise in IT Service Management will be essential in ensuring that our service delivery processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with best practices.Essential Skills Requirements:
- Practical knowledge in one or more of the following:
- ServiceNow development (mostly UI Builder, Flows, Performance analytics, Reporting, Platform Analytics, Generative AI, Scripting in ServiceNow, Virtual Agent)
- Alternatively sound JavaScript development experience and willingness to quickly learn ServiceNow development
- Service Management, ITIL
- Any additional responsibilities assigned in the Agile Working Model (AWM) Charter
- Completed University Degree in Computer Science, Business Intelligence or similar.
- Ideally experienced in developing with ServiceNow
- Sound knowledge of JavaScript, ideally also JellyScript
- ITIL Certification advantageous
- Min 8 years working experience in IT Service Management
- Develop your own analytics and reports on Service Now platform
- Align with stakeholders to deliver them their desired reports
- Use your Service Now experience to exercise governance on the reporting developments.
- Test and deploy your solutions with our agile toolchain.
