Job Description
A Mining house based in the North West region is looking for Shaft Timberman's with vertical shaft experience.Duties:
- Performing shaft maintenance and adhering to safety standards
- Must have experience laying tracks, construction and blasting
- Sound knowledge of vertical hafts
- Responsible to handle, receive, store and issue explosives
- Maintain clear blockages and repairs to shafts
- Valid Onsetter Certificate and a Permanent Blasting Certificate for Scheduled Mines
- 3 years underground experience
- Computer Literate
- Ability to read and write English
- Ability to communicate with people on different levels
