• Provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing effective procedures and system requirements that meet business requirements. SPO Solution Design and Time Estimates (WBS): Intranet & Process Automation (Workflows)

• Design and implement SharePoint structure and governance, including creating custom SharePoint master pages, page layouts, and site templates.

• Deploy, configure, and manage SharePoint sites, web applications, and site collections, enabling end-user access.

• Develop and support SharePoint applications, site collections, and features.

• Configure, deploy, and maintain document libraries, lists, permissions, and permission levels.

• Create and modify SharePoint site collections with unique navigational elements, custom content types, site columns, site pages, web part pages, and workflows.

• Design SharePoint solutions, implement site taxonomy, and handle meta-data creation and deployment.

• Set up, configure, and maintain SharePoint Services on SharePoint Central Admin and Office 365 Admin Centre.

• Perform administrative activities such as site creation and user issue resolution.

• Develop PowerApps applications, including: Canvas apps (SharePoint lists as data sources) - Dataverse beneficial

• Utilize Power Automate for: Capability to Build SharePoint Workflows - On-Premise and Cloud Flows (SharePoint Designer & PwrAuto)

• Conduct project planning and management. (e.g. For Enhancements and Solution developments)

• Perform business analysis and work directly with customers to understand their requirements.

• SPO Solution Design and Time Estimates (WBS) - e.g. For Intranet builds & Process Automation solutions

• Assist with analyzing file shares for migration to SharePoint. Implement document and record center repositories.

• Serve as SharePoint and OneDrive Migration Lead. (Preferred experience with handover and Training)

• Setup of Termstore, Content-Type Hub and SharePoint Search Scopes.

Preferred:

• Oversee migration architecture and handover/skills transfer for upgrading Older SharePoint versions to latest SharePoint 2019 & SPO

• Perform manual SharePoint upgrades between different versions, including database backups, restores, and upgrades.

• Implement and Maintain a High availability On-Premise SharePoint Farm. (Includes: Document required services like Search and Scopes, User Profile Services, Managed Meta Data, Excel, and My Sites.)

• SharePoint Training

Optional:

• Integrate Solutions with other Applications: SPO: Implement integration between Azure and Amazon Web Services using Azure Data Factory and AWS APIs. ONPREM: Custom-Dev

Nice2Have:

• Conduct basic Azure Portal admin & development, including SQL Server, Logic Apps, Function Apps, and integration with AWS.

• Customize and optimize Power BI reports and automate them using Power Automate.

• Deploy, customize, and administer Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

• Nintex/K2, MS-Project, MS-Visio, Projects online (PWA) - Beneficial

SharePoint Consultant-Developer: UI Power-Platform (Apps/Flow) :

• App Solution Building for Standard SharePoint Interface / Primary UI Development (Not Custom code). Versions SharePoint 2010/2013/2019/SPO

• Process Flow and Solution building with Microsoft Forms, Power-Apps and Power-Automate Workflows.

• Master page updates and approvals. SPD & Power-Automate Workflows, SPO web parts, timer jobs and features.

• SME with SharePoint Lists and Web-Parts (Classic and Modern SharePoint).

• Setup new Site-collections and Site Configuration (Home sites, Comms Sites, Teams and Sub-Sites) with Groups and Permissions

• Setup of Termstore, Content-Type Hub and SharePoint Search Scopes.

• Client Consultation, Testing, Trouble-shooting, Reporting, Installations, Deployments and RCA

• SharePoint Document Management, Content Migration and Upgrade projects

• Primary Modules: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Projects online (PWA) and OneDrive for Business.
