The role involves overseeing various aspects of Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and Quality Management (QM) within the organization. The candidate is expected to implement and maintain ISO 45001:2018 standards for HSE, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards. They will provide HSE support to projects, conduct safety activities, and participate in incident investigations. Additionally, the role includes managing rigging stores, safety committees, walkabouts, incentive schemes, and overseeing building and facility management, including security systems, hazardous waste, and scrapping procedures.
For QM, the responsibilities include conducting internal and critical supplier audits, managing new subcontractor audits, and handling supplier alerts. The candidate will lead new employee inductions to the quality management system, provide internal training, and ensure adherence to the quality manual and policies. They will oversee equipment control, risks, opportunities, interested parties, customer satisfaction surveys, and complaints. The role involves maintaining ISO 9001:2015 certification, document control, record/evidence control, job files register, and archiving. The candidate will liaise with certification bodies, manage department expenditures, and ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. Regular reporting on objectives and performance of the QMS department is also a key aspect of the role.

xc2xb7 Minimum 5-year Health, Safety and Quality field experience.
xc2xb7 Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
xc2xb7 Internal auditing of management systems.
xc2xb7 Supplier evaluations.
xc2xb7 Third party and certification audits.
xc2xb7 Proficient in Microsoft office applications.
xc2xb7 The ability to demonstrate the application of risk assessment to company operations and activities.
xc2xb7 Medically fit and in good physical condition.
xc2xb7 Availability to travel.
xc2xb7 Occupational Health and Safety Diploma or Certificate e.g. SAMTRAC; Nebosh.
xc2xb7 Registered as SACPCMP.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standard clausal requirements.
xc2xb7 ISO 9001:2015 and ISO introduction, implementation, internal auditing.
xc2xb7 Knowledge of Cinco's Safety Policies and Procedures.
