- Maintain and control all SHEQ System Documentation.
- Assist the SHEQ Department with administrative duties.
- Assisting with internal and external SHEQ matters, such as SHEQ Inductions,
- Reviewing and maintaining contractor HSE files.
- Manage and Control PPE xe2x80x93 issuing and ordering.
- Prepare SDSxe2x80x99s and Tremcard as required and update as necessary.
- Arrange SHEQ equipment monitoring/ inspections.
- Co-ordinate the following:
- Surveys (underground monitoring, illumination, ventilation, noise etc.)
- Occupational Health xe2x80x93 arrange pre-employment, regular medicals and exit medicals as required.
- Hygiene and pest control
- Information update on SHEQ Noticeboards.
- Matric
- National Diploma in Safety Management, OR Environmental Science
- Include statement of results in application
- Some familiarity with occupational laws and regulations
- Some familiarity of environmental laws, regulations
- Awareness of sustainability principles and initiatives
