- Conduct SHEQ risk assessments
- Develop and implement SHEQ controls
- Monitor SHEQ workplace compliance
- Conduct SHEQ incident investigations, root cause analysis and facilitation of learning
- Maintain SHEQ management systems (e.g. ISO9001, ISO14001 & ISO 45001)
- SHEQ performance monitoring and reporting
- Co-ordinating and facilitating SHEQ training
- Monitor compliance to SHEQ legal requirements (including permits and legislation)
- 3 year Diploma (Safety, Environmental, Engineering or equivalent)
- Demonstrated Risk Management Knowledge and Skills
- Facilitation and Training Skills
- Data management and interpretation
- Presentation and report writing
- Investigation and Root Cause Analysis
- SHEQ Systems - Implementation and Evaluation
- SHEQ Legal Framework
- Auditing and Inspection skills
