Our client is looking for a problem-solving, results orientated and decision making SHEQ Superintendent.This position will require you to plan, organize and control, solve problems and make decisions as well as networking.Requirements:

• National Diploma or Degree in Health and Safety Management
• 5 Years experience within the mining industry/Refineries.
• Ms. Office Computer literate.
• Sound knowledge of MHSA legal requirements and legislation

POSITION INFO:
Roles and responsibilities:

• Carry MHSA Legal appointment
• Assist with the management of departmental budget
• Report safety statistics and information
• Managing the

management system. * Compiling and implementing SHEQ policies, management standards and procedures.

• Identify safety requirements and determine the impact they may have on the business unit.
• Monitoring safety behavior in line with expectations.
• Develop learning interventions to support the implementation of safety management systems and requirements and facilitating safety courses.
