It starts with YOU.In this role, you will:Issue monthly and weekly look ahead schedules as per SAP - Call HorizonsEnsures safety, quality, housekeeping and standard work procedures are adhered to at all time and are to world class standards. Compliance with all O.S.H. Act regulations and Mill Safety requirements.Ensure through the availability of resources that all line clearance and defect recording is completed correctly.Ensure that activities and production schedules are meeting targets and those delays and deviations are rectified immediately.Maintains maximum utilisation of machine operated on. Ensure cleaning of equipment and facilities in accordance with KC- Housekeeping standards. Participate actively in the Gemba walksEnsure all correct raw materials that are required for the shifts are availableEnsure production related data is recorded on a shift basis.Provides coaching and development for individual members in the shift.Ensure all internal controls and company policies and procedures are adhered to.Attend to IR and HR matters and take appropriate actionsEnsure all internal controls and company policies and procedures are adhered to.Control all other cost elements while on shift.Ensure that all production boards are updated timeouslyEnsure that the weekly TIP/TOP is maintainedMaintain flying shift changeEnsure that proper cover is arranged for sick leave/leaveUpdate and maintain attendance register and exception reports with accuracy to ensure proper paymentPrep and attend morning meetingsCheck that break rota is being followedPrepare shift report with accurate info and distributeAbout UsHuggiesxc2xae.
