Job Description

1. Shift outcome achieves customer contractual service levels.



2. Shift expenditures are managed within theshift budget cost overruns for theshift is investigated and appropriate countermeasures are instituted to prevent further overruns.



3. Monitor and enforce procedural compliance on shift staff on shift is trained on company procedure. Corrective action for all non-conformances on shift.



4. Continuous improvements for shift actively pursued. Hold staff on shift to account.



5. Consistently disciplined and trained staff on shift. Schedule and conduct / Hold staff meetings.



6. Resolve staff issues and queries promptly.



7. Train and develop staff.



8. Decisions taken guided by company values/values into account.



9. Employees are constantly reminded of values.



10. Responsible for shift planning by planning shifts.



11. Shift plan includes staffing and equipment according to volume and timing. Report on Shift outcome (Plan vs. Actual)



12. Ensures accurate recording of staff time and attendance.



13. Communicate plan before shift.



14. Unsafe matters corrected immediately on shift.



15. Shift documentation is complete and accurate for all activities.



16. Documentation is filed on shift completion.



17. Shift Quality:



Quality Compliance ismonitored on every shift, standards Shift is compliant with DQSP requirements.



Corrective action for all quality non-conformances on shift.



Responsible for Quality Control and rejection of products out of specifications



18. Cost Control:



Shift expenditure is managed within shift budget. Cost overruns for shifts are investigated and appropriate counter measures are instituted to prevent further overruns.



21. Administration:



Shift documentation is complete and accurate for all activities.



Documentation is filed on shift completion.

Minimum Requirements:



Grade 12 is compulsory with aRelevant Tertiary Degree, Honours Degree in Business / Supply Chain Management or similar



3-5 Years experience in Warehousing & Distribution, Transport, FMCG, QRS Management.



Intermediate to advanced Computer literacy inMS Excel, Outlook PowerPoint, Advanced (WMS) Skills, and GP skills.



Between 3 - 5 Years
