Shift Manager - MafikengFull job descriptionJob Advert SummaryThe purpose of the position is the total management and control of the processing department. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of the shift, to ensure that all quality standards are met and that KPI's are adhered to.Minimum RequirementsGrade 12At least 5 to 10 years relevant management and processing experienceQualified poultry meat inspector (PMI) and poultry meat examiner (PME).A management course / qualification, such as MDP/ FMP will be to the advantage of such a candidate.Excellent administration skillsComputer literacy in Excel and WordDuties and ResponsibilitiesTotal management and control of the processing department.Establishing of general sound working relationshipsEnsure quality of slaughtered productGeneral housekeepingManaging of Key Result Areas and - IndicatorsEnforce good manufacturing process standards (GMP)Human resources management including managing discipline at the workplace.Work and form part of the Mafikeng Production Management TeamMaintaining HACCP documentationApplying of HACCP and ISO2200 principlesCompiling of reports
