Hire Resolve is partnering with a well-established company in the North West to recruit a highly skilled and motivated Shift Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the shift operations and ensuring smooth production activities.Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate shift operations
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Monitor and manage performance of shift employees
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures
• Manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient workflow
• Provide leadership and support to the shift team

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Flexibility to work shifts and weekends as required
• Relevant qualification in a related field is advantageous
• Valid driver's license
