NDC Personnel & Contractors is looking for a Shift Manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturer based in the Western Cape.To be successful, youll need a Degree or Diploma in a relevant field (Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Production Management, or Business Studies) plus at least 5 years progressive food manufacturing experience alongside 2 years experience in a more senior role.In this role your responsibilities will include contributing to annual budget targets, managing departmental expenditure, optimising team members, and fostering a safe working environment.
